Rev. Dr. Ruth Miller – The Thin Veil: All Saints’ and All Souls’ Days

The full moon between the autumnal equinox and the winter solstice is a time when many things in the world around us seem to be dying. As the fallen leaves and fruits decay, we can even smell death. Thus it has been for many thousands of years that humanity in the northern hemisphere has dedicated what we now call the end of October and beginning of November a time to connect with those who have passed. Dr. Miller will explore the history of these days and their impact on our lives today.
