The great Unitarian philosopher Ralph Waldo Emerson described Nature as a set of principles and processes designed to support us in our wellbeing. In all the Native American prophecies concerning this time in human history, the “children of the Earth” survive, and even thrive. What does it mean to be a “child of the Earth”? What can we do in our lives to live in more complete harmony with Nature and her rhythms?
